REFUND POLICY

Returns are typically not accepted due to the nature of our products. We want you to have a positive experience with us so please reach out with any concerns before or after your purchase and we will give you the proper attention. In the event we issue a refund, there will be a 10% fee to cover expenses incurred. We offer a fix or replace at our discretion 30 days from date of delivery warranty against manufacturer defects, and a lifetime flat rate $60 repair option beyond that. Buyer pays shipping to STB, STB pays return shipping (USA customers only.).
