Stepping into a BDSM dungeon for the first time felt like walking into a different world. I was nervous, anxious, and excited all at once and I wasn’t sure how I’d react to being restrained. What would it feel like to surrender control? Would I enjoy the experience or want to run away? I was asked to share my thoughts of my visit to STB and my first time being tied to a chair (amongst other things), and if that moment opened a door to a new side of myself?

My day started with the slow, process of being zipped into a snug fitting sleep sack. The sack was thick and restrictive, designed to limit movement completely. My hands were enclosed in mitts, preventing any chance of them being used. Ear plugs muffled the outside world, and a puffy hood covered my head, adding to the sensory deprivation.

When I first experienced mummification bondage, I was struck by how unlike any other form of restraint it felt. Being completely wrapped and immobilized, feeling the tight embrace of layers around my body, created a sensation that was both intense and oddly peaceful.

There’s something incredibly fascinating about the world of bondage. For me, the experience can be both thrilling and a mental reset. Recently, I was offered the opportunity to spend an entire day in bondage, immersing myself in the feelings and thoughts that it can create. From slipping into my snug leather bondage hood to being zipped into a sleepsack, every moment was a dive into isolation and relaxation.
